De Dans Van Natasja van regisseur Jos Stelling is dit weekend in de prijzen gevallen. Director of Photography Goert Giltay heeft de prijs voor Best Cinematography gewonnen op het Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival.

Het juryrapport noemde de cinematografie visueel verbluffend, met een droomachtige sfeer die je meeneemt naar een surrealistische omgeving:

“Visually stunning with a dream-like ambience, the film transports us to a surreal environment. Based on one of the contemporary folk tales, the cinematography doesn’t just show us the beauty but immerses the viewer in a world of the characters.”

De Dans Van Natasja is vanaf 11 januari te zien in de bioscoop.
